You can also open a ticket with the Contact support button on the design tools and follow replies under Support Tickets.

Payments are processed by Waffo, our Merchant of Record, so your receipt comes from Waffo — reply to us at the address above with your order number for anything about a charge. You can cancel a subscription yourself in Settings → Billing.

Safety and copyright

To report content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, or an image that infringes your rights, email support@roommakerai.org with the image or link and a short description.
